HONEY SALMON
WITH PAD THAI RICE

INGREDIENTS
4 8oz salmon fillets, skin on
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. honey
2 cups cooked basmati rice
Lobster Trap Pad Thai Sauce
assorted vegetables
(i.e. pineapple, peas, pepper, onions, sprouts, etc.)

DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare salmon by drizzling soy sauce over the top. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a hot saute pan, heat vegetables and cooked rice over medium heat. Add Lobster Trap Pad Thai sauce until desired consistency & mix thoroughly.​

3. In another hot saute pan, place salmon meat side down and cook for 8 - 10 minutes until internal temp is 165°.(Salmon can also be cooked in an air fryer; cooking for 8 minutes on 360°. Remove salmon, drizzle honey, and place back in for 2-3 minutes.)
4. Flip salmon over and drizzle with honey. Continue cooking until hot. Serve with pad thai rice.
