INGREDIENTS
12 large raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
2 Lobster Trap Crab Cakes
1/4 cup cooking wine, or any white wine
2 tablespoons salted butter
fresh lemon
DIRECTIONS
1. Butterfly raw shrimp
2. Break apart crab cake and use to stuff each shrimp, about a spoonful for each shrimp
3. Place shrimp in buttered casserole dish
4. Drizzle wine over shrimp
5. Cook 350 degrees for 15- minutes
6. Squeeze fresh lemon, enjoy!
