Our mission is to bring you the true Cape Cod experience. We pride ourselves at the Lobster Trap for serving an elevated cuisine, in a fun and casual environment for the entire family. DREW GROSSE

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Variety is the spice of life! Drew loves cooking all types and different world cuisines. When asked what's your favorite thing to cook, he will always have a different answer. Drew doesn't like feeling stuck on one thing. He is always continuing to find ways to challenge himself in order to grow his knowledge and palette, and is bringing his creativity to the Trap!

JENNY NORTON

TEAM MOM / THE OG FISHMONGER

Growing up down the road meant Jenny was pulling lobsters out of traps from a very early age. She is the marketing, events coordinator, and the OG fishmonger of The Trap. At 22 years and counting, it goes to show how much she means to The Lobster Trap.

KYLE HIGGINS

GENERAL MANAGER / QUESTIONABLE FASHION CHOICES

Giving guests an excellent experience on a consistent basis is Kyle's mission. When he is not at the Trap he enjoys running, playing guitar, hanging with his girlfriend & son and discovering new bars and restaurants. As an 11 year veteran of the Army National Guard, he uses his Medic skills to help the Trap staff that consistently seem to be hurting themselves.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Captain of the good times and manager of the finest meals—Russ runs a tight ship on land and sea. When he’s not reeling in the catch of the day, he’s steering the restaurant with the precision of a seasoned skipper. Equal parts hospitality pro and fishing fanatic, Russ knows where the best bites are—on the plate and on the line.

SARAH KELLER

BEVERAGE MANAGER / SMITTY / COCKTAIL SHAKER

When Sarah is not at work she's at the beach, cheffing up something amazing for her loved ones and coming up with the next great cocktail recipe for the Lobster Trap. She brings an unparalleled knowledge of the beverage industry and stocks up the bar with the tastiest selection of drinks.

DAVE DELANCEY

HEAD COACH / GUY WHO DOESN'T LIKE BEING CALLED OWNER

Dave’s college job at the Trap has turned into his life’s passion. His message is simple, “wake up and try your hardest everyday” He loves the fast pace, the guest experience, and the Trap team. “There is no greater satisfaction than making someone’s day a little brighter with good food and drinks”. Dave also loves his family, hot rods, and that Clan from the slums of Shaolin.
